[Resolved] Industry Buying — defective product | |||||
Received a defective and non working product (Order 3256813) on 27/12 despatch by industry buying, a complaint was sent on 27/12 itself to the company consumer affair at we care and the company write back on 28/12 at 3 pm from email id ib_cases ujjwal jain asking for photos of product within 24 hrs and the same was submitted by me on 28/12 but till now the company did not reply inspite of many reminders to at least reply. I have paid industry buying. Com through online shopping but I didn't receive the Hitachi EB7B Battery - quantity 2.. Order no.[protected]..its been more than 25 days.. they don't bother to resolve the matter..
