[Resolved] Industry Buying — the order has not received

I had ordered an intex irist smartwatch. I ordered this watch on 17th of march. But i didn't receive it yet, it is almost more than a week since i ordered the smart watch. They had mentioned in their site that the order will be dispatched in 5-7 days. Whenever i track my order it is shown to be approval. I sent a message to costumer care of this site too, but there is no response from them. My order number is[protected]
Please help me get my order.
