I've placed an order on 2nd july for "divano black color modular office chair dm48" with order id: "[protected]". As per website the've given an shipment tracking id for xpressbees courier. However, while checking the courier website, it says no data found. It's been 2 weeks and still i don't know the status of my order. Tried sending multiple emails through their online support channel and from my personal email id as well but not even a single response yet. Tried calling their customer support number as well and was unsuccessful in reaching them till yesterday. Today while i succeeded speaking to them, they had a simple answer of yes information is not showing in courier site, so we will forward your concern to the concerned department. Aug 13, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved After 3 weeks of continuous follow-up and very hard calls with their executives, i managed to finally get back my refund in my source account.. IndustryBuying.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jul 18, 2020 Updated by Saran B Still no action from the seller.. Courier company has confirmed by email that they've not received the product from the seller. However, status in IndustryBuying.com states the product has been shipped on 4th July itself.. This is absolute fraudulent update.. I would rather go for a cancellation and immediate refund... Please help support on the same. Jul 21, 2020 Updated by Saran B After multiple attempts calling their customer service contact number finally got a chance to speak to their executive and have requested for a cancellation and they confirmed to have registered the cancellation request against Request ID: 270861. Hope they have recorded the request correctly and the cancellation will happen soon. Jul 27, 2020 Updated by Saran B Once again no progress since my last call with IndustryBuying customer care. I spoke to them again today and today again they said the same old story and gave me a new cancellation request id. Hoping at least this time it will make some progress.. New Request id for cancellation - 273296 Executive name: "Mohammed Sais" Commitment: Max 24 hours for cancellation confirmation message & 24-48 hours for refund. Aug 13, 2020 Updated by Saran B Finally, after so many follow-ups i've received the refund on 4th August... These guys are literally trying to cheat customers through their online portal.. Request everyone to be really cautious in future before falling prey for their attractive advertisements and cheap priced products..

Still no action from the seller.. Courier company has confirmed by email that they've not received the product from the seller. Man don’t trust this company, they say every day same . Same here happening better you raise issue on government consumer complaints forum . They might give correct solutions
