[Resolved] IndustryBuying.com — order placed on 2nd july still not delivered and tracking information is not correct | |
I've placed an order on 2nd july for "divano black color modular office chair dm48" with order id: "[protected]". As per website the've given an shipment tracking id for xpressbees courier. However, while checking the courier website, it says no data found. It's been 2 weeks and still i don't know the status of my order. Tried sending multiple emails through their online support channel and from my personal email id as well but not even a single response yet. Tried calling their customer support number as well and was unsuccessful in reaching them till yesterday. Today while i succeeded speaking to them, they had a simple answer of yes information is not showing in courier site, so we will forward your concern to the concerned department. Now i really wonder what is the actual status of my order and when i would be receiving it.. Was this information helpful? | |
Aug 13, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved After 3 weeks of continuous follow-up and very hard calls with their executives, i managed to finally get back my refund in my source account.. IndustryBuying.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |

Still no action from the seller.. Courier company has confirmed by email that they've not received the product from the seller. However, status in IndustryBuying.com states the product has been shipped on 4th July itself.. This is absolute fraudulent update.. I would rather go for a cancellation and immediate refund... Please help support on the same.

Man don’t trust this company, they say every day same . Same here happening better you raise issue on government consumer complaints forum . They might give correct solutions
