Respected sir/madam I have ordered a aquafresh water purifier on[protected] which i get delivered on 16th sep in the evening.. When i opened the pack the material was totally damaged.. I informed to customer care. They said to share the images in [protected]@industrybuying.com. I have done the same. I called them back for money refund 5879.00 from that time the customer care people are neglecting. I have ordered 32unit of aqua water purifier. Which 2 unit are fully damaged.. I am not Satisfied with your Company ...i didn't get my refund till now... The Product which I got was late Manufactured and totally damaged. which I have returned tO you.many times I have Call to ur customer care. After 17days You called me for bank details which I have given earlier...when my refund to my account how much time it's take ? Yesterday I Ordered car washer machine Worth Rs.45910/-.. I m not sure if any minor problem is there you won't even lift my call to answer nd ur Company never refund my Cheque also.. how I can trust ur Company. ??
