[Resolved] IndustryBuying.com — broken chair delivered | |||||
Ticket id[protected] order id: 2505663 I bought divano chair from industrybuying.com and it was delivered broken and torn (As shown in pic). I immediately emailed them the images and asked for replacement or money back. Industrybuying team insists that i send the chair back by "india post". I am not sure why but india post does not take the chair and i will have to carry it and packing etc. Would be a nightmare as per india post. I requested industrybuying team to arrange any other courier including the one they used for delivery (Safeway express) for return shipment from my place. However, this has been going on since sep 7th 2017 and so far the only response is that they have escalated the matter to concerned team. I will suggest anyone thinking of buying from them to be careful and in my opinion not buy from them. I wish i read the other reviews before and not bought the product from industrybuying.com I am sure that with defective products and poor customer service they will shut doors sooner than later. We would like to inform you that as per our contract with Courier company the pickup service is not available at customer location. We have tried our best to arrange the pickup from our side but unable to do so that's why we have asked customer to send back the product through India Post courier and once it reaches us thereafter refund against the order along with the courier charges will be initiated from our side.
