Dear sir,

With reference to the above order no we regret to inform you that the product no regent leatherette fabric office chair 542 rsc has been delivered from your end to my office on 1 feb 2018,
But on the same day i was in kolkata and i could not see the finishing of the chair. Today i got to see the chair and total shock looking at the damages occurred on the chair and i never expected this type of quality from your end. Kindly cancel my order and refund my payment of all the chairs immediately to my company account number as below and take back the damaged chair supplied from your end
