I have order Crown Electronic Variable Auto Transformer 6A
(Phase-Single) on 13th Dec, 2016 with order no 1287374..After repetitive call, there have delivered the product on 30th Dec, 2016.
The product is defective, as burning smell and smoke is coming out fro the product.
So, I have register the complain will industry buying within 7 seven days.
on the 6th Jan, 2017, there have provide the complain no. 00173435 on 09jan, 2017.

Now, there are telling, that seven days are over, so we will not return/replace the product. But, seven days are not over as I complain on 6th Jan, 2016.
Kindly, solve the issue regarding this matter.
