[Resolved] IndustryBuying.com — fake product sold and no t returning back

I ordered a panasonic dvr which i got was a fake one some korean or chinese but with panasonic outer box but when i raised a complaint they are asking me to contact the brand but the brand customer care is asking me to return the product my order number in the site is 3579072. They gave me a fake mouse and empty dc as driver cd and they are asking me to adjust

Your asking me to contact the panasonic customer care centre for the fake and damaged product you have sent me, its like an nucense for the customers you must understand to get to the service centre with a new product and your not ready to reply in the personal mail rather you would reply here.?

The remote is not working with the product and you provided me with an empty Cd(700 MB) and there are soo much defects with prodcuts.

All Together the site is an fraudulent site selling fake products and asiking to contact the brand and asking customers to get and approval from brand that its a fake product.
