[Resolved]  IndustryBuying.com — IndustryBuying.com unreliable with no refund

My order for below items was pre-paid by debitcard and was approved. after 1week the order got automaically cancelled and amount refunded back. Its been another week but the mone has not been credited back to my bank.
The customer care mobile number gets auto conected and thereafter diconnects.
