• Dear Sir, I booked BNC Connector three unit on 06th February 2016 and made online payment. order id 437926 they told me that it will delivers whiten 7 days and today is 10th day from order booking date but still not deliver. I talk to customer care many time but no result, they told me that it will delivered in one or two days. I am still waiting, I told him that if you can't deliver this item please mail me clear so that I can purchase from market but they told me that it's in process. They dont have the inventory but they are putting it on their portal and taking the order for which they are unable to dispatched the confirmed prepaid order. 1. I wait for this product for 10 days. 2. many time I called to Industrybuy customer care, but never correct information received. Please help me... I am going to log a case in Consumer court also.
