[Resolved] IndustryBuying.com — Part ordered material received in damaged condition and part still not received | |||||
I ordered some material at industrybuying.com on[protected] via order no. - 741776. It was a prepaid order having 02 items. I received only 01 material that too without packing in damaged condition. I am still waiting for IInd item even after 19 days. They are not bothered to reply my emails. I have called to their customer are and each time they say that they are taking the issue with priority. I would suggest that be cautious before buying any product from this portal. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Aug 12, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved After numerous follow-ups, e-mails and threaten to go to consumer court and write to Prime minister, company has refunded my money. IndustryBuying.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
