[Resolved] IndustryBuying.com — payment not transferred to customer account | |||||
I was ordered iball scanner on 24th july through industrybuying online portal (Orderno :[protected] and as per commitment item should be delivered with in 7-8 days on my address. After long watting time and frustrated discussion with industry buying customer care person my order canceled on 9th august and as per company policy and discussion with them my amount should be credited with 2 working days. I am trying to contact to sales person through mail and phone but they are not responding to me. I have sent mails to customer care but no response. : ( So i m worrying and frustrated to get my payment so kindly guide or assist me to get my payment. They started new business to earn money to display fake advertise and earn money. They are using customer huge money more than 20 days. And don't know how many customers are being fool. Please help.
