[Resolved] IndustryBuying.com — products not received | |||
The items i ordered from industry buying. Product: 1. Copper pipes for ac, order no:[protected]. 2. Decorative ceiling fan with light, order no:[protected]. Ordered but no update and when called the automated message says press 4 for customer service. When i pressed 4 it gets disconnected and i tried this more than 100 times. The others transfer the call but again it gets disconnected 100 times. The baseline is don't buy from this useless site. The organisation is not at all fit to be in the business. It is just waste of time waiting for the order and no intimation what so ever. Still waiting for my stuff but no reply from industry buying after sending emails couple of times. # cannot change so be careful and buy from some other legitimate sites in the market.
