[Resolved] IndustryBuying.com — received wrong item | |||
Hi, I ordered soldering iron from industrybuying.com and i received a wrong item. I sent all the details to them along with the photos of actual item and the received item. They sent me a ticket id for the complaint and after that not responding to my mails. I am attaching 2 photos along with this. The photo with green color is the item i ordered. Actually i needed only one of those. But when i purchased this item from this website i had to order 6 of them because they had a minimum number requirement. So i ordered 6 of them and received wrong item. Was this information helpful? | |||
