Industrybuying cancelled my order after a month of placing order and updated their product page with higher price. Then from nowhere one day one of their executive lady called me and apologised for cancellation and offered me same old price, after i approved she created an order and sent me an email with bank details for direct transfer. I made the payment but even after a week the order was not approved and since then i am following up with them though their customer support number but they just give same excuse that they have escalated the issue and sent request to concerned team and soon they will get back to me but nothing happening. Their customer support sucks (After waiting in queue for 45 to 1 hour the call automatically get disconnected or their unprofessional representative lift the call and then tell you to wait while he/she checks the details and then they will disconnect), i have called them more than 25 times in last 10 days and but half of the time nobody picks or they just give a lame excuse. Worst online experience, i just want my money back and i promise i'll never visit their site again. Was this information helpful? | |||
