[Resolved] IndustryBuying.com — refund of the cancelled order no:[protected]

The order delivered on 15th Nov'18 to us which we have already cancelled within 7 working days(29th Oct'18) of ordering date(21st Oct'18) and we paid the vendor in cash as we mistook this order with the order no:[protected] which we placed on the site on 1st Nov'18. We have all the order cancellation email and respective details regarding this which has sent by the company.

Now the company is saying they won't be refunding the money according to the company rules and regulations but i didn't find any rules which is matched with my case. Please help us to get the refund of the money. Also the order we have placed and delivered are totally different, images attached for reference.
