[Resolved] IndustryBuying.com — refund of the cancelled order no:[protected] | |||||
The order delivered on 15th Nov'18 to us which we have already cancelled within 7 working days(29th Oct'18) of ordering date(21st Oct'18) and we paid the vendor in cash as we mistook this order with the order no:[protected] which we placed on the site on 1st Nov'18. We have all the order cancellation email and respective details regarding this which has sent by the company. Client details: Industrybuying.com Phone no:[protected] Now the company is saying they won't be refunding the money according to the company rules and regulations but i didn't find any rules which is matched with my case.
