[Resolved] IndustryBuying.com — Refusal to replace transportation damage | |||||
I ordered a karcher pressure washer costing 25k from industrybuying.com. They took 20 days to deliver the product and when it arrived in my company, I was unavailable. So I couldnt open it for 2 days. But I open it on the third day to see it was damaged and clearly it was a transportation damage with a wheel broken from impact. So rest of the damage is yet to be seen. After many request from my side and their requested to send the pictures, their reply was that I was late by a few hours from their policy of 48hrs. So now I am stuck with a damaged product which I already paid for. They honour their policies of profit more than a customer. I feel very bad that I have wasted my money.
