[Resolved] IndustryBuying.com — return order #[protected], not working | |
There is no proper response to the email sent to [protected]@industrybuying.com for return order #[protected] which is either broken inside / not working. I have submitted all requested photos in the email from my id raksh. [protected]@gmail.com and it's been over 3 days now without a response. The customer support of industrybuying is so bad, no response to emails in time and their customer care number never connects. They just want to ignore and take the customer for granted. They don't value the customers money spent. I have already had some small bad experiences but this one is hights for a product of around rs. 8000. Verified Support Jan 25, 2020 IndustryBuying.com Customer Care's response Dear team we are arranging the replacement of product and we have already informed the customer to drop the shipment at nearest fedex hub, replacement or refund will be initiated once we receive the return shipment.
