Hi i

I had ordered a d - link d-link 24 ports switch - dgs-1024c order no :[protected] on 25th of september. The payment was made through credit card. The product has not been delivered so far. When i check the tracking it still says the product approved. There is no progress from the company side

I am worried about the order and the payment that is made. Please resolve the issue

Updated by ranjithkrishnan It is 13th of october . Still the product is not delivered . One of the worst ever online portal that i ordered in my life. No response from email id [protected]@industrybuying.com despite raising issue . It is still stating shipping. Please refer the attachment . It is almost 20 days from the date of order till the product is not delivered.
