Inet Technologies — fraud data form filling home job

I applied for data entry jobs via quilt, i thought it was a trusted source and i knew nothing about data form filling jobs. I got a call from a person to offer a job from company - inet technology and when i googled the company name it was there, so i thought the job was real. He told me to fill 600 forms at cost 30 rupees each, after i started working, i filled few forms and the system was locked by their side. So basically i didn't have any fault, i called them regarding the problem and they asked to me to deposit 5000inr in order to unlock the account, i was suspicious then, since i applied for job, i should be paid rather paying for that job. I told him i quit the job as it is a fraud, but instead he asked me to pay for the registration which he didn't told me about. After that he also sent me a kind of legal notice via whatsapp which i know is for sure invalid also he is threatening my family members. The biggest mistake i did was to send him photo of my adhaar.
Can anyone please help me of what action should i take against him. Please.

This is to inform you that, we legal department *i net technology* has received your case, and we found that your agreement has been terminated from our client end. Now, we have verified your case and found that you have breached the clause of an agreement. As per an indian contract act 1872 you have signed an agreement and if you don't make payment for losses then section 17 shall be imposed on you. We are serious for our client infinity loss of their work. Now, you need to pay an amount . As per an indian penal code section 420 shall be imposed on you if you abscond from the situation. Now, you don't pay that amount what our client is demanding for then, you need to pay double amount and legal notice will be issued to you. Still, you fail to pay this amount then, we will call you here for legal proceedings.

Section 45 of coercion act shall be imposed on you, if you try to coerce our client. Our client is sole proprietor and if you don't follow any of our advice then, arbitrary act as per an article 14 shall imposed on you. Court will select an arbitrator and at that time you might need to pay for total loss amount. We want you to cooperate with our client. Please make payment as early as possible.
