[Resolved]  Infibeam — Refund/replacement of damaged product pending for last 3 months.

I have order a Sony LED 40" TV Model No: KLV-40R482, black on 17.04.2014 from Infibeam online Store. The same was delivered on12.05.2014 after lot of follow ups and reminders to the vendor.
When the same was delivered it was found broken and the screen was shattered from various places may be because of careless handling by the courier.

A request of reverse pick up was put on the same day. Again after regular follow up and lot of persuasion the product got picked up in the month of Jun.

After reverse pick up neither I've received the refund of the product nor the product against the replacement scheme.

Its been more than 3 months and no one listening to the problem. No one providing contact details of higher authorities only customer care email id is taking the calls and replying.

I have blocked my Rs.48635.00 and nobody is bothered in resolving the issue. Who is going to bear the interest and cost of harassment against this.
Kindly guide and help me.

I have ordered[Order : 13375100] a Nokia Bluetooth Headset BH-118, on 25 July 2014 and it was supposed to deliver on 29th July, i didnot get any response on the same even calling to them(customer care number) and sending mails many time. Product was available when i ordering but when i tried to enquire repeatedly i got reply as its out of stock. Same story went till AUG18, finaly i fed-up off by this and told them to cancel my order, i enquired many time after cancellation about refund.., its 23 September 2014 today still i didn't get my money back.
