I am an owner of honda amaze automatic which was purchased in 1 nov 2018, car number dl 10 cl 5351

I had a car accident in february and my car was submitted in infinity honda gurgaon, they kept my car for 9 days and delivered my car mentioning everything is fixed and working perfectly.

I have got all my car servicing done through this dealership unfortunately. My car recently went through paid service of 20k km's 1 week back from them.

Now here is what happened, my car started making some unusual noise post car service, they picked up my car 3 times after service to identify and resolve but they failed.

I made a complaint to honda 121 and was referred to classic honda in faridabad, after just 20 minutes of inspection they mentioned the car's rear excel and both tyres are tilted due to the accident happened in february (Handled by infinity honda), classic honda team confirmed that gurgaon service centre ignored the rear excel and tyre completely and only fixed bumper and other visible damages.

I was told that since the tyre and excel tilted, the tyre is completely bald from inner side and steel wires are completely visible. The tyre could have busted anytime leading to a fatal accident. The car as per classic honda is not at all in driving condition until repaired.

Now when you have read the story, i want this to happen

I want my car completely fixed with rear excel, wheel baring and tyres to be replaced immediately

I want a serious action taken for infinity honda as my life was endangered due to their so called service.

I have been given an estimate of 40k which has to be paid by infinity honda or honda directly.

I want the area manager of honda to personally look into this and ensure my car is delivered to me asap post all fixing and verification done.
