I was searching for a part time home based job. Then I saw an advertisement on Clickindia.com. I was not in a condition to pay money for any kind of job. So the ad was for form filling work without investment at the beginning. But if I fail to complete the work within time slot or fill up the forms incorrectly (1500 forms within 20 days and out of 1500, 1400 forms need to be correct at any cost) then I have to pay Rs. 5100/- to them as security amount on credit and if I dont pay it then legal action will be taken against me. A lady Mahi Raheja called me next day and asked for my Aadhar Card scanned copy. She sent me an online agreement and my login details. Later they sent agreement hard copy to my home. I was too happy as I found it genuine. I worked for 20 days and checked each form twice which was very tidious. I submitted all forms within time frame. Till that time they solved all my queries nicely. After 3 days of submitting my work they sent me email regarding payment of Rs. 5100 as my QC Report was failed according to them. They shown my mistakes in around 190 forms (max 100 were allowed). I called them for my QC Report first but the person on helpline no. denied saying they dont give such report to anyone. So I told him even if there are no mistakes in many of my forms you people are showing fake mistakes and not paying for my work. My forms are compromised as I used the same Username and password given to me by them. Same mistake is repeating again and again in many forms which is not quite possible. Still he kept on saying that the mistakes are genuine according to him. Fortunately, I did not pay any money to them. I am now filing complaint against them in Consumer Forum. I have attached my agreement and other details below. Where as more than half forms in qc report are correct.
And on the other hand they are rejecting the form even if there is a extra space. I mean how in the world does a extra space matters so much.
I havent received any legal mail yet but I am sure I will be receiving it soon but i am not gonna pay it either i would complaint about this site... Let this matter go in legal terms. They themselves are fraud the wont go in legal terms at all.

Hello people, one simple advise DO NOT pay anything to them, even if you have signed any agreement or not, even if you receive any legal document.
Since so many of you guys are been effected, it shows that this is a fraud company. They will do nothing. They can do nothing so don't get scared. IF they have guts let them go ahead with any proceedings. They themselves will be doomed.
And if you have paid then file a police complaint against them.

Hey guys as per my research this site doesn't have secure HTTP connection which means that data you fill is not encrypted any changes could be made either by an intruder or the company itself. And these type of sites use server and client side programming approach so in other words they can change your image data by making simple changes to server side.Can anyone of you tell what kind of data is it

And specially these companies are making contracts without notary stamp. Then what the hell INDIA judicial is for. Everything is planned and executed by the advocate only and that too is also not sure. I mean a contract without notary is like gun in a childs hand.If in case the agreement is to be done it must have notary .if it's not in law then it's useless law. At least it must be gone through judiciary table with juries signature
