Does your policy allow your executives to change customers' 3D secure pin while facilitating payments..that too without obtaining their Permission/intimation? If yes, then I'm afraid to inform you that I shall have to drag you guys to the consumer court because what you are doing amounts to theft. If no, then I need an explanation as to why and how was my 3D secure pin changed on 19.12.2015 without my authority? You guys have 24 hours to respond. If I do not receive a satisfactory response by tomorrow 6:00 P.M., then I will see you in consumer court. And mind you, I am not just any other job seeker.. I am a Lawyer...And I'll make sure that I destroy your goodwill in the market. Specific reference to Shweta Sharma... where are you now? what happened to your so called after sales service????
