[Resolved] Infocus India — Horrendous service by infocus | |||||
I am arjun and my complaint ticket # infbrf16000077dw. This the second time i having to deal with infocus customer care because the 1st time when i had an issue was near about 6 months from the time i bought the phone and screen had died which took more than a month to have it repaired considering its barely few months from its launch and to tell you i am one of the early few customers who bought infocus m530 on the release date through snapdeal. I am truly disappointed by this junky of a phone. Now after the screen is fixed, i have lot of performance issue and heating issue. I am tired spending my money and time chasing these people to have the device fixed. I need government to take some strict action on these people. Was this information helpful? | |||||
