I will give a Infocus M810 Mobile in service center @ Nov 9th...but till no response in service center...i will complaint in customer care...they told always the parts are Under arrangement...please wait ten days...in past four months...i call to customer care ten days after and after...but they told same answer...(the parts are under arrangement please wait ten days )...past four months no response...till now only under arrangement...what i do...how many days am waiting...i want my mobile quickly ... my call id -INFCBE[protected]DW Was this information helpful? | |||

My infocus M2 4G phone frequently shows high temperature alert and shuts down. I am not able to use the phone. I took the phone to service center located at Armenian Street Chennai and they did something and told problem solved, but immediately it started again and they couldn't help further. Please help to resolve this issue.
