T0, The Co-Ordinator, 'PEHREDAR" NETWORK 18, CNBC AAWAZ, Mumbai R/Sir, With ref. to above i send to you following complaint against " INFRATECH REAL ESTATE PVT.LTD. NAGPUR" for his fraud activities.I the undersigned inform you that, i had book a Bungalow, Villa No. 78 'MARVAL' Secto 6, Mouza Pipri Tal- Kuhi, Dist - Nagpur. For booking this property, I have paid amount Rs. 2, 40, 800/- (Two Lac Forty Thousand Eight Hundred only) as a booking amount on dated 01.12.2009 to "INFRATECH REAL ESTATE PVT.LTD. NAGPUR". That time they assured me the said building work will be completed within 18 months, but after 4 1/2 years passed no construction work of above Bungalow yet to be start. Due to my financial condition, I apply on dated. 25.02.2014 for the refund of my booking amount with interest. At that time of applying for the refund amount, company promised to refund my booking amount with interest within 2 months. within that period i visited company office 2-3 times but their representative Shri. Battra assured me to refund my booking amount with interest upto 25.05.2014, but unfortunately no refund has been made till date. I called company CMD Mr.Vijay Shelke on Mobile No. [protected] and Shri Battra Mobile No. [protected] but both are not taking my call. It is indicated that "INFRATECH REAL ESTATE PVT.LTD.are not ready to refund my money. Lot of people at Nagpur Area will be suffered from this type of behavior by "INFRATECH REAL ESTATE PVT.LTD. NAGPUR". Hence, I kindly requested to you pl.help me in this regard.To refund my booking amount. paid so far i.e Rs. 2, 40.800/- (Rs. I Namita Singh, W.O Sanjay Kumar booked a farm land at Konolibara Nagpur vide receipt no. 20605 dated 27.06.12. At the time of booking Rs. 140000/- paid to Infratech Real Estate Nagpur at the of booking they insured me if the development work not done in prescribed time booking amount will be refunded to you with interest.
In this regard, my husband visited your infratech office Nagpur for refunding the booking amount but till date booking amount not refunded.
i am requesting you to take necessary action and my booking amount will be refunded with interest

Same thing happened with me. i purchase two plots in vyankatesh world at Haladgaon, jam road, and another plot at kuchadi tah- kuhi, total 580392 rupees. Even though all money paid to them they are not transferring plot on my name, no development as they told during purchase and every time giving excuses. if any body also purchase plot with infratech pvt. ltd. pls contact for legal complaint against infratech pvt. ltd.

NAGPUR" against Sector 12-Marvel, Venkatesh City-IV, Umred road, Ramdaspeth Pipari-Nagpur.I have also tried to contact many times to these fraud fellows, Mr.Nagpure, Batra and Shelke.Also visited to Nagpur office and talked with Mr. Batra & Nagpure but no any assurance has given by them.I asked Shelke's contact no and tried many times his cell only ringing not receiving the call.What to do now how can we get refund amount with interest.I paid through cheque.I have agreement paper and paid receipt.

Mr Nakul, What is the status of your property now. Have you received your property or amount?
I purchased a plot in Sector-VII, Vyankatesh City-IV, Umred road, Mouza-Aajni, Tah-Kuhi, Nagpur on 13 Oct 2008 from Infratech Real Estate Pvt Ltd. I paid Rupees 257000/-(Two lakh fifty seven thousand only) to the developer. But the developer is neither handing over the plot nor refunding the money. I have tried to contact the developer but he has closed all his offices.Now let us unite and fight for our money. Please contact me for further action.

I, Chetankumar Amborkar, booked 4 nos of farm land at Konolibara Nagpur in year 2011. I paid 12 lacs to Infratech Real Estate Nagpur, they insured me Rs 70000 per farm per year after 2 years of payment. Nothing has been paid. In this regard, I visited infratech office Nagpur for refunding the amount but office was closed and new address was not mentioned. I am NRI so it is very difficult for me to visit the place every-time.
i am requesting you to take necessary action and my booking amount will be refunded with interest
