[Resolved] Inkgrid.com — Items not received.........feel cheated/harassed

I purchased 3 items on Sep 1st 2016 and was told it will be delivered by Sep 13th. Vineet is very unprofessional none responds to phone or emails and all commitments given are false. He says it has been shipped through Professional packers/couriers but unwilling tp provide the tracking number.

Always giving reasons like rain, holiday's etc. there is absolutely no way to escalate the issue.

Inkgrid is nothing but a fraud! Let's all o[censored]s gather, and sue this guy? Going by their behavior, we are safe to conclude that none o[censored]s is going to get his refund/return/delivery sorted.

I plan to sue them soon. Let me know if you are willing to join? The more, the stronger!

This is a total fake website who are cheating their customers! We had ordered for a shoe rack (Order no 277288) a month back but still not received it! The customer number is always switched off and when we did get to speak to person called Vineet yesterday he said it is in transit. He keeps giving excuses and lies to us that the product is held up elsewhere. When we asked him to cancel the order and refund our money back he refused to do that either.

I am going to take legal action against this company.
