[Resolved] Inkgrid.com — no update on order 279259, no cancellation even after request | |||
No update on order, no response to repeated emails except for the same automated emails saying "we have noted your request. Someone from our team will be contacting you within 2 hrs" but no one contacts at all. No response to any of my phone calls. Requested a cancellation which is not processed too. I see a lot of complaints against the company and i regret the mistake i have made. Seems the company is a fraud. The website must be blocked and legal actions must be taken against the company. I have made full payment and placed order for a chair at www.inkgrid.com Order No 279590. On inquiry, i recieved mail that the item is getting dispatched on 18th Sep 2017 from [protected]@inkgrid.com. I still have not received goods. Now my e mails are not being replied and phone is also unanswered.
