Inkgrid — contour chair and ottoman replica

I ordered (Order number 281108) and paid rs. 24, 300 for this item in orange matte velvet at the end of november 2018, and received it after a very long delay, in february. I received one email in january about a fire in their warehouse, which had led to the delay.

Received the chair in february, after two promised delivery dates which they missed and did not communicate to us. The chair was poorly made - the center button was torn off on the seat, the fabric was extremely dusty, the chair was un-balanced, the wood was of poor quality and the metalwork was visible and clunky.

I emailed and whats appd multiple times to let them know of these problems and did not receive a response except once when pulkit whats appd me and said they would take care of this.

None of their phone numbers work. I am at a complete loss as to what to do. They are unprofessional and a rip off.
