Inkgrid — non-delivery of furniture purchased on inkgrid | |||||
I ordered a sideboard cabinet on ingrid.com (payment made through razorpay). It's been 45 days now, and still haven't received the product. There's absolutely no response from inkgrid's customer care service (have written multiple emails / made multiple calls, but no response). Now after doing some research online, I understand that it's a big scam; there are a lot of other people with similar complaints. I have connected with some of them, and we are in the process of filing a case against Ingrid jointly. In case others wish you join, please connect.
