[Resolved] Inkgrid.com — No sign of Study Table & Storage Cabinet ordered on 14th March | |||||
Ordered Winner Study Table and Chikako Storage Cabinet from Inkgrid.com by paying Rs. 7920 through PayTM. Received message from Inkgrid saying: Your order is successfully confirmed. Thanks for the payment. The next day when I tried to track the order, failed to find tracking facility online. When I googled got a shock of my life as there were many sites saying Inkgrid.com is a fraud. When I called the customer support number, I was assured that my order No. 278680 booked on 14 Mar 17, 11:47 p.m would be processed by 21st March and I will start receiving messages for manual tracking of my Order. After 21st March when I tried calling, no one picked up the call, inspite of repeated calls. So I emailed to the customer support email id. I promptly received a reply saying: Dear Customer, Thank you for writing to us. We Have Noted Your Request. Someone From Our Team Will Be Contacting You Within 2 Hrs. We appreciate your patience. However no one called me back. Luckily on 24th March when I called from another number, I was politely told that the website was not working. Today when I tried calling, again there was no response. Though I am sure that this is a fraud company, I do not want to leave them in peace, as there is someone operating the customer care number 9999.132.132 by the name of Abhinav Srivastava who also has a LinkedIn account. The user of this number can be tracked and charged for fraud and cheating endless number of customers online. Today, most surprisingly, when I tried to open this website it is refusing to open, giving a message: BAD GATEWAY. All ### from Ingrid ! Total scoundrels! Have the audacity to say that the product has been successfully delivered. LIES! LIES! LIES! Please display your receipt with my received signature on this site of your product. Till date I have had no time to file any legal proceedings against you nor have I had the time to pursue the matter with SBI bank to get back my money paid through the PAYTM gateway for the product. But now that you are playing this dirty game with me claiming you have sent me the product I will pursue matters with full force against you both through the bank and legally. And may your brand name go to the dogs for the CHEATS that you are.
