Verified Support Jan 16, 2018 Inlaks General Hospital Customer Care's response In response to the said complaint, we would like to state point by point as under:1. It is true that the complainant was admitted in our hospital for the said surgery. 2. At the time of admission, in every hospital including ours; it is a practice to inform and undertake the signature of the patient / guardian on a pre-printed patient information form in which hospital has stated categorically that "All Patients who are Admitted in the Hospital are directed to remove all jewellery in their possession and hand over the same to their relatives at the time of admission. They are also directed not to keep any costly equipment/mobile/valuable/cash in their custody during the period of their stay in the hospital. Hospital being a public place, the authorities will take any responsibility of any loss suffered by the patient while in hospital. All Patients are requested to kindly adhere to the Instructions to ensure safety to their valuables while in the hospital”. This has been duly signed by the complainant too. 3. The Patient approached the concerned Manager who readily permitted to show the CCTV footage to the complainant on receipt of written complaint. 4. Subsequently on the next day morning the management also saw the cctv footage and noted that at around 9.32 am on 10.01.2018, some person visited patient who never had anything in his hand but same person while going out was seen to be carrying ear phone in his hand. We also saw that it is true that our Canteen boy visited him only to serve patient as required but never had anything with him. 5. Our General Manager HR had called and spoken to your relative to explain the matter and that the investigation has been completed from our end. We have full faith in our employee and hope that this complaint stands closed from both ends. | |||||
