Sub: misinformation from mr. Sadananada gowda

The epistle is regarding the misleading information by mr. Sadananda gowda, who informed us that innovative film city has exciting activities and rides and that the educational tour would enrich students to learn 'new' things according to the catalogue.
On his assurance we visited the place on 20\11\2017 which caused the school and students loss of money, time and energy. Our students' neither enjoyed nor gained knowledge. Most of the games were said to be under maintenance and remained inactive which merely disappointed the group. This whole trip was pathetic and an unworthy one.
As quoted by him except go-carting all other games were included in the package, but we couldn't experience any since they were out-of-order.
A student from the student group was also seriously injured in the mirror maze which had lot of rough edges, but no proper care was taken towards him and was taken 2km out of the film city for further treatment. What if the situation was more serious? And where was the help from your side? Also, we were also informed by the doctor who treated that he was not the first one to be injured in that fashion.
Mr. Gowda assured to provide good food. But they failed to even provide average quality food and the was very unhygienic. They also charged an extra rs.200 per child for a short fruitless and useless tour.
The assurance made for two 50 seater buses with comfortable journey ended up with two 40 seater buses which led to restless journey since the kids were packed tight.
In spite of hearing horrendous reports and reviews about your film city we believed the words which was assured by mr. Gowda and visited the place.
So, from the above mentioned circumstances we demand that film city repay half of the amount we paid for the loss of our energy, learning and time.
If our grievance is not addressed immediately, we will take further steps with the proof and letters to the higher appropriate level and we will ensure that media and other schools know about the current state of affairs at film city.
We look forward to your response and the refund.
