This is completely unlawful activities and I don't agree with your Terms and Conditions and storing any information of anybody with out their consent is illegal.
Hope u understand the situation and take proper note and necessary step to prevent this situation and delete any information u stored in your system and don't sell any third party those data it is unconstitutional. If any data leak happened in your company and through that if any of my data go to any unauthorised person u will be responsible for that.
