I have booked my tickets on 19/01/2019 at 10:51 Am from [protected]@gmail.com but during I am going to watch the show got a information about one of relative who has cardiac arrest due to this I left the show and go to hospital. I have mailed you at the same time but your team replied refund will not happen as I need to cancel the tickets prior to 3 hours ago. I will really sad that INOX don't have humanity. I request you to refund my money which is create a good faith & bond in our relation ship. It's really sad that you guys don't have feelings with your valuable customer, we earn money throughout of our life but relationship can't. I have booked the tickets in morning before 3 hours but due to my family member critical health don't able to come to inox, I have share this with you guys but you told me the rule and regulations... Anyway I really serious about it and never use inox for watching movies...if you guys not feel the pain of your customer then it no means to carry forward this relationship.
