[Resolved] Inox Leisure / Inoxmovies.com — Booking details not received and people at so called office are nt able to travk the same

For the trailing mail booking i did not receive confirmation from inox via mail or message.when i went to thater showing this mail they are also blabbering my show is at 10:15 today for 2.You must be able to track down the details to me.I went twice to the theater and their actions are pathetic . All i have is a transaction succsfull mail from citrix
Also mailed to [protected]@inoxmovies.com

The refund process for the unconfirmed booking has been processed from our end. The same would reflect in your account within the next 10 (ten) working days.

Please follow these steps should you not get an automatic Email/SMS booking confirmations:

On home page section on our website click on Resend option and enter your registered email address and password to get the SMS/EMAIL resent.
Should the booking id not be displayed in 20 minutes then your booking may not be confirmed.
Please give 20 minutes before trying a second transaction to avoid any multiple bookings.

We request you to add [protected]@inoxmovies.com and [protected]@inoxmovies.com to your safe sender list /address book to ensure email delivery in your inbox. Your patronage of INOX is extremely important to us and we hope that you continue to visit us.
