[Resolved] Inox Leisure / Inoxmovies.com — delay in ticket issue | |||
Dear sir I reached inox, jp nagar, bangalore at 12.40pm for a 12.50pm movie (Kannada, kavaludari) today. There was only one ticket counter open and hence i could get the ticket only at 12.52 and reached the hall at 12.57 and missed first part of the movie. Told the lady in the counter to call another person, she did try but nothing happened. All that the manager could do was apologise. The whole experience of watching the movie was ruined.
