[Resolved]  Inox Leisure / Inoxmovies.com — inox movies: too many ads ruined movie experience

I went for gully boy at inox inorbit mall malad.
Show was supposed to start at 9:15 pm. They played ads for 30min straight and movie roughly started after 9:45pm.

Fast forward to the interval, the same ads were rerun for another half an hour. For 2hr 33 mins movie that is one hour extra of ads.

This is unacceptable and ruined the whole experience of the movie. And made me late for miss my train.
9:15 pm movie ended at 12:45 am
One hour ads and 2hr 33 mins movie.
If this is the state of inox then i will watch movies else where.

We thank you for writing to us. The overall movie-going presentation has evolved with the inclusion of ads/interval as per the movie-going format.
We would like to elucidate here that we design the advertisement schedule looking at the ideal interval time that is required for all the guests to resettle on their seats after the break. The inclusion and timeframe of advertisement is done with this approach. The timing is dependent on technical, commercial and operational requirements of each cinema auditorium hence may change weekly /daily.

What a joke.
1 hr of ads is too much .
Please realise that and u are driving away movie goers.

I went to purchase three tickets on 19th February 2019 for 12:30pm show(gully boy) in inox manipal through my debit card but then the transaction was shown as unsuccessful, but Rs 552 was debited from my account.Please refund the same amount to my account
