[Resolved] Inox Leisure / Inoxmovies.com — night vision cctv camera installed in inox lucknow theatre

I would like to know if the inox theatre has a night vision camera installed inside the auditorium because i have seen a red dot appearing and then went off. It was at the top corner. Is it true?
Kindly justify, since people who visit has their own privacy or else a signboard should be displayed stating that you are monitored under night vision camera.

I would like to know whether couple's and family's privacy, intimate seating, postures 'n' all are safe. Are there any chances for leakage of our images to other medias from your side(employees). Do you constantly monitor audience via those night vision cameras or just recording and monitoring at times needed. How can you assure us our privacy? Also do you employ a staff for constant monitoring?
