[Resolved] Inox Leisure / Inoxmovies.com — pathetic response from the manager

I, Jignesh Patel, resident of Hyderabad had done a booking (9 tickets) for a Telugu movie for Saturday[protected]:30pm show at INOX cinemas (Banjara hills) online through PAYTM (2 bookings of 3 & 6 tickets respectively) on Friday[protected] with confirmed bookings.
We reached to the cinemas around 10:25pm on Saturday. But were denied initially for entry with a technical problem from your side, as the QR code not detecting in your device. Your ticket checker asked to go to box office counter for confirmation. At box office counter, I showed him the e-tickets in my mobile. But he said that no booking confirmation was showing in their screen. It happened the same to others as well in front of us.
After that your floor manager( didn't remember his name) came, he asked me to show the SMS (message received from PAYTM) of confirmation for booked tickets. He saw that, but all he did was that he just asked the person sitting at box office counter whether he has checked it or not & denied us the entry.
In this process, my brother tried to scan the QR codes at the entry. At that time it scanned for one booking (10:32pm), while the other was not detecting.
I even showed him the ticket booking confirmation email received from PAYTM, and also asked him to go to the auditorium to check whether those seats were empty or somebody else have occupied. He went upstairs to check that but didn't came back even after 5 min. to give us a reply.
We tried one last time to get the QR scanned from the confirmation email which we received from PAYTM. And by god grace, it got scanned & we were given entry (10:46pm).
In this whole process, we had to miss the movie of about 15 to 20 minutes with no fault of ours.
On the upstairs, we even contacted to your manager named Mr. ANIL. But he was the most pathetic person I ever came across in my life. He said that, "In their cinemas, they daily do more than 5000 approx scans everyday, but not even a single technical issue has arise". Such was a wierd answer given to me. He was saying as if we were telling lies. This is how you people treat to the customers. I use to visit other multiplexes regularly, but never received such a horrible treatment once in other multiplexes.
Let me remind you of one thing that your's cinemas is not the only one.
Now after having that horrible incident happened to me, I don't think that I can ever turn up to your cinemas to watch movies and will suggest others not to turn up at your cinemas.
