[Resolved] Inox Leisure / Inoxmovies.com — payment was successful but booking failed

I tried to book for 2.0 movie telugu 3d on 29th nov 2018 for the show on 1st dec mnrg 10.10am show at gvk one banjara hills for 6 tickets first and 7 tickets 2nd time through inoxmovies online website. Amount was debited for the first was 1092 and 2nd time 1304 as i used icici debit card offer. For both attempts payment showed success and after 2 minutes i got message to my mobile that booking failed and money will be refunded. But i am not convinced with their response. I booked through [protected]@gmail.com. And mobile number is [protected]. Expecting a quick response from your side.

The refund process for the unconfirmed booking has been processed from our end. The same would reflect in your account within the next 10 (ten) working days, depending on your credit/debit card billing cycle.

Please follow these steps should you not get an automatic Email/SMS booking confirmations.
• Sign in your ‘My Account’ section on our website with your registered email address and password.
• Under section of “My Account” please check for booking confirmation number.
• Should the same not shown then you can click on Resend option and the SMS /Email Confirmation would be resent back to you .
• Please give 20 minutes before trying a second transaction to avoid any multiple bookings.
