We are in receipt of your mail and would request you to follow the steps for ticket cancellation.
Login to your account > Under> My bookings
You would get the booking detail and there would be an option enabled to cancel your booking.
The same would be valid till 3 hours prior to show time.
Kindly note the same is only for registered users and not guest bookings and not applicable for any promo /offers applied online as per terms and conditions listed below
Should you not see the option mentioned then the tickets are not eligible for cancellation .
Cancellation Policy
1) Cancellation policy is available only for tickets/F&B booked through inoxmovies.com or INOX mobile app, INOX mobile website.
2) Transaction can be cancelled only after 10 minutes of booking the tickets/F&B.
3) For tickets cancelled 3 hours before show start time, 75% of ticket value and 100% of F&B value will be refunded
4) Refund will not be applicable for cancellation done within 3 hrs of show start time.
5) To avail cancellation, you should be logged in to your INOX account while booking the ticket and while cancelling the ticket with the same account.
6) Refund will not be applicable if somebody registers as a guest
7) In case of F&B booking (without ticket) through any mode, there is no cancellation available.
8) No refund will be given for booking done through or amount paid by Gift cards/Voucher/Promo/corporate bookings/special screening/block bookings. Also ticket cancellation cannot be applied/clubbed on a booking done through or an offer given by INOX Leisure Limited or facilitated by INOX Leisure Limited business partner.
9) No partial cancellation is allowed. Patron will have to cancel the complete transaction.
10) Convenience fee and taxes applicable thereon will not be refunded in case of cancellation
11) Users shall not be entitled to compensation / benefits in any form whatsoever in lieu of the offer being availed.
12) The refund for the cancelled ticket will be processed in minimum 7 working days.
13) INOX Leisure Limited reserves the right to modify/add/alter/revise/ withdraw or otherwise carry out any necessary changes to these terms and conditions and/or the cancellation feature (either wholly or in part).
14) INOX Leisure Ltd. general rules & regulations are applicable.
15) INOX Leisure Ltd. reserves the right to disqualify any User(s) from the benefits of the Program. If case of any fraudulent activity, prosecution will be carried according to the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program.
16) In case of any disputes, INOX Leisure Ltd. decision will be final.
