I did booked for 3 tickets and used nearbuy voucher of 500 and paid extra 57.50 by my debit card but after booking i got messsage as i booked only 2 tickets. I can attach proof of confirmation i got in app after paying that amount. I did on 27th april 2017 for show on 30 april 2017 at 8:10 am. I didnt expect these gonna happen. Now i lost my 500 rupees voucher for just 2 tickets how can u solve this. Reply soon as it is this sunday

We understand that you have spoken to our CRM -Manager and as discussed the booking was confirmed for 2 tickets .We have also checked with our back end team and did not find any technical issues with confirmation.The voucher was used by you and hence cannot be reused as per terms and conditions.
