13th of September at around 4:00pm we came to the ticket counter to purchase gold tickets for the movie "Searching". The lady attendant on the counter said the movie was cancelled. 13th September 2018 Movie Name: Searching at 7:40 pm. We then purchased the tickets online from Paytm. Now It's 7:30pm I am at the gold lounge and waiting for the movie. It's really frustrating that your own employee makes clients return by saying show is cancelled by not even checking the system.
