[Resolved] Inox Leisure / Inoxmovies.com — tracking of f&b with movie tickets | |||||
I had booked 2 tickets on 09 june 2018, 9.55pm for kaala (Tamil) movie at inox, central, bangalore. When i went in intermission to claim f&b at the counter, i saw my phone charge was completely drained off where i have booked my tickets through book my show. I have taken preventive measure in collecting tickets at the counter at the stake on the same. But i didn't know that u have failure erp model where order details of the movie tickets or f&b cant be tracked with the phone number or with the date and seats of the customer. Therefore i requested the counter staff to help me out in collecting my f&b. But i was shocked to see that inox is majorly lacking in its internal system of erp where the order couldnt be tracked. When i spoke to the manager over there, i found a ridiculous answer saying f&b is not linked with movie tickets, and cannot track your order and so on using any of the methods i was told Adding on i had used my one single debit card to pay both for my tickets and beverages. 1. Erp system - a complete failure 2. Cannot track f&b with customer id of the customers who booked movie 3. A negligent answer for not trying out any possibilities. It's not about the money. Its about the service and quality, the value for money given you have provided to customers is completely lacking and training you have given to inox staff has completely gone in ruin. Hope you know where it could result in 1. Failure of customer satisfaction 2. Value of your brand 3. Quality and service provided Alternative measures 1. Get my email id 2. Track with the phone number or customer id 3. Fix you erp system 4. Staff could have explained the valid reason by explaining their rules and instructions rather than telling they dont know or showing carefree faces to customers. Later, though it was fixed using my phone number after having an dicussion for 25-30 mins. But why couldnt they do it by themselves or atleast me telling them about it. I wanted to address this issue as i dont want any other customers to face this issue. As there wont be educated customers coming up all the time to get this done.
