[Resolved] Inox Leisure / Inoxmovies.com — transaction failed but amount is debited

I've booked two tickets for 96 movie. Account is debited but i got a message like "we regret that your transaction is cancelled, auto refund will be initialized and your money will be refunded in 10 working days". And again i booked the same two seats for the same movie, transaction was successful. But for the first booking debited amount is not still refunded to my account. The given no. Of days was exceeded
