For booking online tickets everytime I use to tell them to update the shows after that I would able to book tickets I have got fed up every time I have got irritated... Is this type of service they provide to us .. is this valid... That I should remind them to update the shows... is this my work ... Every time they repeat the same thing...

Advances on all new opening movies will be on from Wednesday for weekend releases and on Saturday for weekdays ,however same is subject to censor certification and distributor approval hence it is variable. We however try to open the advances 3 days prior and also have special paid preview shows for a few movies as and when distributor agrees . You can also avail of our new IVR service on [protected]. At the outset let me thank you for your feedback. We regret that we do not have any WIFI service in the cinema hence the same was not provided by INOX
