There hv been umpteen num of shortcomings in this theater, but one of the primary issue is provision of cold water during this scorching heat of nagpur where after spending so much money on tkts, v expect at least hvg not only normal temp water, but also cold water cans which can help quench the thirst... Y v hv to spend additional money on buying bottles which r refrigerated just for the sake of profit making... Is that it? I did happen to have a discussion with one of the staff named mr. Sandeep who blatantly denied making such provisions n said u'll hv to buy cold water... Seriously an insane answer n i was really taken aback by such a behavior... Sir/madam, i seriously wanna mk this plea to look into this delicate, but quintessential issue so that v r nt denied of hvg the basic rights of (Cold) water during summers...
