Booked 2 tickets for recliner seats for 7.05 pm show at new INOX sunny trade mall jaipur .worst experiences. Will never visit this and never recommend. 1) booked recliners a9 A 10 recliners not working in new built INOX. Worst experience. We had paid which we dint get. 2) booked snacks in starting of movie. YES delivered but not on seats on our clothes. CM no 2321. And great excuse sorry sir " thoda jaldi hai ". Kind of harresment mental torture and worst experience. Was this information helpful? | |||

Patrons are not allowed to wait outside the movie hall. My show starts at 1020 and I came in around 9:50 which is 20 minutes prior to the show. Why am I not allowed to wait in the mall? I was kicked out from the mall. Is this how you treat your patrons??

I am a student from indore, I came here in inox c21 to watch a movie, while booking a ticket for the show they are not giving ticket without combo of popcorns and cold drink, we are not here for popcorns, we came to watch movies.
